Made this card for last week's Hero Arts Scramble and decided to use the Hero Art's sketch too. Used acetate for the background and stamped with HA Snowflakes in Staz On white. Sprinkle some glitters on the border.

Oh, how lovely! The glitter is perfect, and wow, I don't think I've ever managed to pull off stamping on acetate. I always smudge, always. I love this sentiment, with the double 'happy,' and the cool ruffly ribbon (tissue?). Beautiful :)
