This week's challenge at Runway Inspired and those soft blues are just so beautiful. I am inspired by the sheer look of her clothings which I thought working with vellum would be perfect for this challenge.
For this card, I used the blue vellum which is heat embossed in white with HA Music Background. The butterfly is also heat embossed three times, cut and glued together to create the dimension.
