PTI May 2015 Blog Hop
Here is a quick card that I made for PTI Blog Hop today. For this card, I used PTI Polka Dots Parade #12.
The candles are stamped on a piece of cardstock and cut somewhere 2cm from the bottom to split up the card. Added some stickles on the flames.
