Here is the inspirational photo from Avery Elle. For this card, I used Avery Elle What's Up stamp which is stamped on the white cardstock and attached to the inside of the card. As for the chevron panel, I used Studio Calico which is stamped in HA neon yellow and pink.
I have never used this color combination before but somehow I like how it turned out as a card. The googly eyes and the glasses go perfectly together! This card also enters in Simon Says Stamps.

I love this fun card, Lai-Yoke. Especially that you used the chevrons in a horizontal position and the circle cutout is just perfect for framing that face! You used the colors fabulously; this card is a winner in my book.
