I made this mini notebook for a colleague's birthday sometime ago. The die cut is from Lawn Fawn Stitched Party Banner. The stamp is from PB Posies which is coloured with TH distress inks, sprayed with water and stamped.
Added some embellishements and coloured with copics. I also stamped the inside of the notebook with PTI Topiary Trees.
I would like to pop this into the following challenges : Stamping Sensations, Penny Black and More and CAS-ual Fridays.
Thanks for coming by today!

SSS Flickr Challenge £41
I am so ready for Spring to come that I chose yellow for this gift box for a colleague. I used SSS Thinking of You set for the background stamping-I kept it simple. The butterfly is a die-cut which is lightly distressed at the edge.
I am popping this gift box into the following challenges : Work It Wednesday Simon Says, SSS Flickr Challenge and STAMPlorations challenge.
Added a twine. The sentiment is embossed in gold.
The inside of the box is stamped in polka dots. I also made a sleeve for the box.
Wishing you a good week ahead. Thanks for dropping by!

PB and More
Temperature is dropping to 4 degrees celcius and we have wet snow and hail since yesterday.
This easel gift box is for a colleague. The forest stencil is from Clear Scraps which I distressed in TH inks. It was rather difficult to distress as the stencil is rather flimsy and it took a little bit extra time to work on it.
Lots of diecuts for this project : The frame diecut is from MFT; the Santa Claus and the reindeers die cut is from IO; sentiment is from Poppy Stamp and the side baubles are from Wild Rose Studio.
I added TH clear rock candy on the Santa & reindeers and the sentiments.
I am popping this project into the following challenges : Penny Black and More, Merry Monday Christmas, Allsorts Challenge, Inkspirational and Simon Wednesday.
Thank you for dropping by and have a good Sunday!

TKJ #230
Today, we visited a friend who lives in the southern part of Holland and the temperature reader in the car kept in rising! When we arrived at our destination the temperature was 37.5 degrees celcius. I have never experience such high temperature in Holland before.
Today is also the official kick-off of Tour de France in Utrecht the 4th biggest city in Holland. It's the 102th tour made up of 21 stages and covers a total of 3360 km.
As the school term is coming to the end, I made a couple of thank you gifts for some of the conceirge/ adminstrative staff who are usually forgotten by parents. This is one of the few which I made and I went for a match-box suitcase design. I am going for the colour theme "red/ white/ blue for the colour challenge at The Kraft Journal.
The sentiment die cut is from SSS. I only die cut the letter "T" in white and the rest in red.
Thank you for taking time to visit me!

LIM - Little Ones
My colleague has just given birth to a baby boy and I thought it would be nice to make something from all of us to sign in. I made a kind of an accordion style but decided to stick all the pages together to make into a booklet.
There are lots of die cuts involved in this booklet and I really enjoyed making them.
I am popping this into the following challenges : Less Is More, Stamping Sensations and Hobby Vision challenges.
Thanks for dropping by.

PS 7-13 September
My initial plan was to make something quick for my niece's birthday but I ended doing something extra for her.
I started with this quick and easy gift card by using a piece of envelope which is converted into a gift card. You can check it out here - it's quick addictive.
As I am not very good in using patterned paper, I usually ended up stamping the background and this one is from MFT. The cute little flower is from PS Perky Plant which is heat embossed and coloured in.
I am popping this into Make The Day Special challenge as I am using their sketch as well and Stamplorations. Since I made the gift box by using the envelope punch board, I am entering this project into SU-per challenges.
I wanted to leave the white embossed empty but changed my mind as I wanted to use all the mini stamps which filled up the space a little.

Then, I decided to add something extra to the gift card. I made a matching gift box as well with envelope punch board. Did some paper-piercing as well on the plant.
Back of the gift box - nothing is wasted
Wah-lah! The matching gift set!
Thanks for your sweet comments!

The Card Concept #14
Today the weather has cooled down a little with some rain and some cool breeze!
Last week, I made this little gift box for a colleague whereby I put some mini cards inside. I have chosen for the style Clean and Simple for this design and the stamps which I used are SU Best Blooms and SU Grunge for the background. I used the SU punch for the handle.

MFTWSC #179
It's so nice to have an extended weekend because of a public holiday. Today, the weather is so humid and warm that I just stayed indoor because our house feels much cooler as compared to outdoor.
I have not been playing over at MFT for awhile now and thought I had use this sketch to make a gift box for my colleague.
I used the sketch to make the 'sleeve' for the box as I always find it easier for the receiver to open and close the box. As for the colour choice, I used lilac and kraft.

Card Concept #11
As predicted yesterday, the weather was not too hot after all and I am glad that it remains between 25 -28 degrees.

This is the first time that I am submitting my card at The Card Concept and I also need to state what kind of style is my card. I am doubting between Clean &Layering and Classy & Elegant.
I am back again with a notebook which you can find the tutorial from PTI.
Here are the PTI stamps which I used for today's notebook.
- Button Boutique and Dress Form die cut
- Background Botanical stamped on the die cut
- Boutique Borders for the inside stamping

MIM #167- DIY Notebook
Yay! It's already Thursday and we are having another long weekend with Monday as a public holiday.
My foot is improving but I am still limping and because of this, I had to do some adjustment with my walking which resulted in my ache on my left hip. I decided to go to the doctor and as what I had expected that it will take time to heal.
I fell in love when I saw this video from PTI. As you may know, I love doing projects and I think I am going to make a few more of them. I am using the colour challenge from ColourQ and entering this card into Curtain Call.
